when i was with Fido i was unhappy and now that i'm with Bell i feel like i've somehow stumbled into some sort of cellular purgatory. Any Bell users know that the new billing system totally f*cked up so there were no bills issued for 4 months...what they didnt tell u was that they expected u to still pay these. WTF?!? so i get a $560 bill a couple of weeks ago and i freak out...i cant afford that with all my funds tied up in ireland right now! i just spent literally 2hrs on the phone with one stupid idiot followed by a huge ass bitch followed by someone really nice but who didnt have any power to do anything followed by some ASS who cut off my phone 'cuz i got too mad. Basically i now understand why some people go on mass killing sprees...not to sound psychotic 'cuz trust me i know it does...but i was just that mad. NEWAYS point of the story...write letters...they're free

p.s. and my phone should be working again 'cuz i called back and lost it on a new person
