Crop, resize, adjust your image, etc.
Open up a Selective Coloring layer
REDS:
Cyan: -100
Magenta:+18
Yellow:+100
YELLOWS:
Cyan:+100
Yellow:-100
WHITES:
Cyan:+18
Magenta:+15
Yellow:-28
Black:-10
NEUTRALS:
Cyan:-21
Magenta:-4
Yellow:-22
Step Two
Add another Selective Coloring Layer
REDS:
Cyan:-100
Magenta:-15
Yellow:+100
YELLOWS:
Cyan:+100
Yellow:-100
NEUTRALS:
Cyan:+30
Magenta:-10
Yellow:-15
Step Three
Finally add a Color Balance Layer
Midtones: -33,-10,-16
Shadows: +18,-15,-20
Highlights: -5,+3,+7
