Spent most of today working on my Halloween costume (Peter Pan), and in the process got jute fibers all over my bed (yes I used burlap in my costume it is amazing). It's late and I'm laze and tired, so I just swept them onto the floor. Will deal with later.
Gaskells was nice, though there weren't as many friends there as there sometimes are. My magnificent Peter Pan costume was dwarfed by all of the other magnificent costumes there, and all in all the costumage was pretty awesome. I haven't been to a Halloween Gaskells since high school, but I think the average costume quality of the Halloween costumes there has gone up. It was very pretty and fun and nice and geeky. Lots of Dr Who-themed costumes (a 9, an 11, a dalek and a K-9, and I was told there was an ood but I didn't see it), and a Wendy to my Peter Pan (I didn't know her. It was kindof awkward).
Went to afters with Richard and had tea and tiramisu.
