They did it again!
Zimbabwe beat India for the second time in a week, and this time they claimed a bonus point by winning with nearly 12 overs to spare! It's a bit of a scissors-paper-stone tournament so far, as Sri Lanka beat Zimbabwe while India beat Sri Lanka in the first round - those two fixtures come up again before the final, but Zimbabwe currently head the table. That is not a sentence I type very often.
And meanwhile, may I introduce the new bookcase:
This is effectively an epilogue to the bookcase meme of two and a half years ago. Bookcase No. 10 is a new recruit to the study, which julesjones's Other Half helped me to bring back from my mother's flat on Sunday. Although it's not proper wood, just one of those laminated chipboard things, it's not a bad match for Bookcase No. 2, the smaller one on the right. And it's already cleared several piles of books off the floor, not to mention some of the double rows on Bookcase No. 3. Now, if I can just clear some of the piles of paper, I might be getting somewhere. It would be exciting to uncover a bit more carpet.
