Cauliflower bonanza!
Catching up on the backlog of newspapers from while I was away, I discover that, the very day I walked past a crop of cauliflower in Gloucestershire, the Guardian published a bunch of recipes for cauliflower. No cheese involved, and one distinctly unsuitable for me, but I might have a go at one of the others with the second half of the cauliflower I'll be using tomorrow.
