What is tea?
Those of you who know me well, know I love tea. I drink it daily and love trying new flavors. It's definitely my morning ritual. After watching how hands on tea making is, I can understand why some high quality teas are priced the way they are. It's definitely worth it for an excellent cup of tea. The fellow who made this little film is the owner of In Pursuit of Tea, a company I like to order tea from. Though, I've become addicted to tea made by a French company when I was in Paris this past summer. The Spice Hut, in Bellingham, carries some nice teas as well.
I really should be working on my two take home exams, studying for a midterm, and researching for a presentation, instead I'm watching tea videos. Heh.
