Dissapointment
After all the fuss of attending my Graduation, my family got confused and left the stadium before I crossed crossed the stage. Nobody was there to watch me graduate.
I'm not upset with my family. The event was poorly managed, and not even the graduates knew how the day was supposed to pan out (Or even where we were supposed to assemble). I'm content to blame this on SFSU's horrible communication with it's students. Other important things they failed to communicate: The deadline to get Graduation photo's taken (I found out after the deadline), When to rent your gown (I found that info on a half sheet of paper taped to a window of the bookstore), The availability of tickets to graduation, Whether or not my application for graduation got accepted (Still haven't heard back on that one), The fact that there was a $100 fee to file said application.
