A day may come when I post about television or fanfic again, when I have something to say about books or poetry or food, when I, in fact, post about something other than my adorably fluffy-headed offspring. But it is NOT THIS DAY!!
I remember when you were pregnant. It seems like yesterday!
One tip on the little walkers (I heard the 'who needs a mama part at the end.) When they first start walking, they don't want to hold your hand. They want to show that they can do it. If you keep trying to hold their hand, 6months to a year later, they're just delighted to hold mama's hand...they just have to get through that "I can do it!" phase.
I tell you this so you won't feel that lump in your chest I got until I realized that this was a normal step for each of them. ;-)
He was actually pretty good about holding hands until he realized that the whole thing was an insidious plot to keep him from going where HE wanted to go. That was the end of that. *laughs*
