Oh that's brilliant! Do they still have sandwiches there?

1. Spent yesterday and this morning in bed with the Worst Headache I Have Ever Had and the fallout of said Headache. Mother-in-law said it sounded like a migraine (apparently you can get those from pregnancy--huzzah for pregnancy!) even though I wasn't light or sound sensitive. *shrug* Whatever it was, I just hope it doesn't happen again. My condolences on the pregnancy headache. I think the part that sucks the most about them is that you can only take %&*$ing Tylenol. Which I found did absolutely nothing.

Happy Belated Mother's Day!

Re: #6. Aren't pregnancy hormones marvelous for screwing with your psyche dreams?

And by the way, congrats on your pregnancy. I'm not sure where I've been, but this is the first I've heard of it, so YAY! I know, I know. Your life is now complete...

The Tylenol did seem to help a little bit, though it was mostly useful in managing the fallout pain of scrunched-up neck and shoulder muscles once the actual migraine had gone away.

Truly, the hormones, they are messing with me on so many levels. I watched "Little Women" a few weeks ago? I had already cried four times by the time I even got to the part where Beth dies. O_O

Hey, at least you had a legitimately sad movie to cry over. I was bawling over Kleenex commercials. The type that normally make me roll my eyes and gag.

I'd suggest writing a catharsis fic or two during the pregnancy, but that'd be harder for a Fantabulous Queen of Gen such as yourself to pull off. Maybe wait for a more violent mood swing and write some butt-kicking or whumpage or a Jack-and-Daniel pissiness contest instead.

Notice my solutions are for you to write something? Completely selfless of me, no?

Hee! I actually have worked on a few things, but the brain, she is so clogged with tired. I'm hoping I'll be able to write something for Fig's Gen Fic Day on Monday, but...we shall see. Most of the fic I've managed to write has been short little pieces of comfort fic. The muse must be taking this time to get her mother hen on.

Yeah. I stupidly signed up for Janet's Alphabet Soup. So far we've got "P is for Pathetically Poor Prose". It's a working title...

Yeah, I've had decent luck getting at least something written for each Alphabet Soup, but the teeny ficlet I wrote for the Hammond one was so hard and I hated it so much that I just went "You know what, no signing up for things for a while."
