So we finally decided which days we'll be at Comic Con: only Friday and Saturday this year because our bank account hates us for all the stuff we've been getting up to. If anyone else is planning on being there and would like to say hi, let me know ( Read more... )

It's been barely a month since television's longest-running sci-fi series aired its final episode...

So...are they talking SG-1 here? If so they need to do a little more research!

When I discovered that the SG-1 panel was on Friday, I pouted and batted my eyelashes until Mr. Bill agreed to change our plans (originally we were going Saturday and Sunday). Now he's convinced that I'm actually going to, like, get to *speak* to Amanda Tapping, or hug her or something. Undoubtedly he thinks that just being in the room with her is not justification enough for changing schedules. He does not get it. I think he's kind of worried that I'm going to get myself out in jail for clinging to Chris Judge's leg and not letting go or something.

Wish I could go, but Baltimore's Otakon is a little closer (and hence, cheaper) than San Diego's Comic Con :p Alas...they're announcing something big about Star Trek 11 (probably the cast). Damn you bank account....damn you :p ;)

Definitely gotta see Gaiman. Ack, I wish I could afford to go a few more days this year. I have all these panels I want to see and I'm not going to get much time for just cruising the main floor.

OH THAT WOULD BE SO AWESOME! Those actors always have such fun together, I can imagine the whole thing would be a hoot.

I'm looking forward to it. Of course, I've already seen a bazillion interviews with all of them on youtube, so I'll be surprised if they actually have anything to say that I haven't already heard. But it will just be fun to be there.
