Still alive, but sorry I havnt written mu
Right, just a book that nobody else can read

Babies are just a lot of hard work. Not like machine kind of hard work, but it's emotional and they cant be programmed to be a certain way, and they're a lot more demanding. Even if you're tired you cant just put them off until after you slept. You have to do what THEY want, all the time.
The girls dont help me as much as they used to so it's more of me taking care of Piv with them helping sometimes, more than me helping them (Or how Cardea put it anyways)

Piv's six and a half already and it's pretty amazing how fast he's been growing.
I mean I knew that babies grew pretty fast in their first year, but wow. I thought they were infant like up until about a year, but he's already starting to drink from a "sippy cup" and feeds himself... well not exactly feeding himself, but he does like to shove food in his face.

He's been getting really attached to me too. Before he didnt seem to notice much when I'm gone, but when I leave to go do something outside the house and one of the others watch him then he gets fussy for a few hours.

Something else he's been doing a lot is scooting around. Not like crawling or anything, but just the scooting, though other times he'll just roll. He'll also grab onto things to try to stand, but doesnt attempt to walk or anything. Just does it when he wants something that's out of his reach (like food, or one of the animals when he wants to play but they dont). He cant really stand long either, but doesnt seem to keep him from trying. We help him stand too sometimes and Cardea's been trying to get him to walk, though that's not going too well. He takes one foot off the ground and falls back over. Not even a step. Just lift, and plops on his butt

Something the girls have been trying to get me to do is to talk in a couple different languages around him. I usually have to be reminded though because I'm more used to common, but they'll start speaking to me in their languages, or they'll do it when talking to him
I dont know though. Wouldnt that confuse him? Can babies even learn lultiple languages that young? 'Su said they used to do it all the time with teaching children Common and Thalassian, but I cant imagine it'd be that easy. I mean when I started learning other languages, I knew there was differences between most of them. There were a few that sounded the same, but still.
Was still a little hard learning certain ones because of the grammar. Words wernt that hard, just a little difficult learning some of the language rules. Babies dont really know anything about languages, so what if he ended up learning some odd version of all of them and ends up speaking something none of us really understand?
I dont know, I was told to quit worrying about it so much

In other news, Ellister's been good. Had a bit of an issue with his worgen-ness. Hasnt been practicing working with his transformed hands either and it almost caused a problem when he got stressed and was forced to change. I told the man he needed to practice, even if he hated it, because at least then he could still work if needed when in an emergency.
Havnt seen a lot of my friends around lately,
Havnt really even before I started hanging around the house more. They've just been busy, with a few of them running off a few minutes after I try to talk to them.
Probably dont notice much that I've been gone anyways because of that.

Trying to get Yoji to come over more now, rather than me going to Org or Silvermoon or find him and then staying in his tent. I added more troll kind of decorations to the little house to try to make him more comfortable too. He's been visiting more often, but dont think he likes being in a house that much. That and the weather's usually cooler here, and it's rainy or at least cloudy a lot. Then there's the worgen running around, and while he likes me, there's still that underlying horde mentality. I dont blame him because that's part of the faction
Well that's part of both of them. That teaching that the other side is the enemy and if you dont kill them right away they'll certainly do it to you. Probably a good thing he's been trying to avoid the others in the area, though I just told them he's kind of a double agent for our side and gives us useful information about the horde. Obviously not true, but they buy it well enough. As long as he doesnt go wandering around in certain areas and doesnt cause any problems.

I'm going to have to see how Izzei is doing. If she hasnt had her kid yet she's likely going to any day now.

I wonder if I can get away with a visit to Org sometime soon. See who's still around and say hi.

Wonder how many of them even notice I've been gone

Oh right, I forgot to mention that Gaz gave Piv his old (first?) wrench as a present. He cant use it right now of course, but it was still a really cute gesture. I admit I still am a bit wary of him, but not quite the crazy old asshole lech I thought he was
