Another year older
Today I turned 22.. I don't feel any older really but hopefully I am wiser. This year has really yielded some surprising and wonderful finds.. for instance I got my voice back.. I am singing no matter if I am on a stage or not.. singing just because I have a song.
I'm more laid back and try not to take things as seriously as I used to.. yes some things still tick me off but at least now I can say I don't stay ticked off at those things for very long.
I have changed dramatically as a person and taking my ideas and ideals into action instead of just thinking about how great and wonderful an idea is .. I actually do it.. Yay me..
My pudgey monster has been just a sweetheart today...doting kisses and hugs for me all morning...he really gave me the best birthday gift ever his beautiful smile..
So this evening I am having a get together with just the girls and it should be fun I was out last night fixing the dips and cheese balls with my mom and I'm going to head home in a few to get the bread. cake and soup cooking. I really couldn't ask for a better day with the exception of I wish ny husband was here with me...
It's funny how I've spent most of my life yearning and longing .. now I am just treasuring and enjoying everything in my life. This has been the best year of my life and it's only getting better :)
