(no subject)
Thanks to everybody who wished me a happy birthday! It was quite happy. I got STUFF! Woo! Shoes and graphics tablet (c'mon! Ask me something about geometry! (or I'll have to learn how to draw)) and books. And, as I mentioned, happy wishes and other nice minor acts.
Yesterday I got my AHPT buttons along with a really awesome picture of a ferocious dinosaur from smilingbeef. So cool! Thanks! The buttons are being put to good use.
In almost related news: I woke up this morning, noticed my wallet lay next to my 'puter and had a 'fuck, what did I do last night' moment, as its only reason for lying there was if I had bought something online. Imagine if I were to actually use Ebay or something. I would have no idea what I was buying half of the time. Anyway, after a serious amount of thinking I remembered that I had booked a hotel room in San Francisco, so it all made sense.
Turning 21 was something I was a bit scared of. By Burgess' standards that's when I'm supposed to grasp hold of my own life. But then I came to think of Dante, who allows for six more years of being a young fool. Woho!
