I'm for once in a good mood, so I better update my journal before it goes away.

I was in Boston a couple of weeks ago. That was fun. I kicked a few butts and got a nice diploma for it. And nVidia gave me this realy cool graphics card. Its not the one they lanced two days earlier and hadn't yet gone for sale, but its the model before that one. (I got to get winXP to run some suff for developing software for it though. Ah well) and a computer game (Tomb Raider - The Angel of Darkness), and a pocket knife and a memory stick. Oh, and a big chocolate bar with the nVidia logo on. Yahoo! gave me just crappy stuff. Paper mints and a t-shirt and stuff like that.

And the other contestents were actually very nice guys all of them. At least all those I talked to, but that was the majority. Which is wierd, considering that I don't like people in general. But I met a John Dethridge from Australia, several from Canada (two from the university I'm going to next year), Ryan from Texas, and lots of other programming contestants. I even managed to loose a few breakfasts worth of money to Tomasz from Poland who won the contest after an exciting final. And I saw that boat were they threw the tea in the water. If I was a terrorist I would blow it to pieces, because it's totaly unprotected.

Wigu just cracks me up. http://www.wigu.com/?date=20040426

Last week I was in Bergen where my sister is a cop-in-training. She is nice. It rained most of the time, but it was the nice kind of rain were the clouds just keep blocking the sky and instead of breaking appart when they get bored they let it rain a bit. You'd think that was a metaphor for something, but it isn't. I'm just that simple a guy.
