Where I Live
A little while back,
lyllian made the suggestion (or a friend of hers but I'm laying the credit at your feet, Miss) to show people where each of us lives. So many on LJ know each other only through teh intraweb! Some of us have known each other for years without knowing what their "home" looks like.
From my desk...
In my house... (yes, that's my Honda =P)
Welcome to the Historic Heart of Route 66 (called that because apparently we have more unaltered miles of it than anywhere else)
Just outside of town (yes, I took that through the windshield of my car... what am I? A professional?)
Where I work, right along Route 66... Ooooh:
The building itself. I'm on the 2nd floor... actually a little left of where it cuts off but it's not like you can see inside (and it's Saturday anyway!)
And finally, right across the street is a little tourist trap 50s diner (the food there is actually not bad at all):
So, there you have it. Kingman, AZ. Historic Heart of Route 66 (I had to say it again. It's plastered all over the place here and we're brainwashed with it...)
