Also, check out spn_summergen! Last night I woke up at 2am and couldn't fall back asleep so I decided to read/view them until I got tired. I ended up reading...all of them...all at once... Which was terrible for my sleep schedule but awesome for my fannish enjoyment.
If you're looking for good place to start, yesterday's is great--on the shorter side, for you busy bees; peaceful; funny; poignant; and really fantastic Chuck POV as he comes down from Amara's side to have a personal chat and a meal with Sam. It's called The Increase of Knowledge. :)
