ha ha I understand! I need to be alone when watching SPN epis for the first time - well alone or with like minded SPN nutters. I can't watch if hubby's around and likely to interrupt me.

YES. Like, if I just came from hanging out with other friends (which I had, even irrespective of hanging out with housemate's bro friends after), I can't transition right into SPN because it's such a different mental space, with different friends (fandom, but like, also just Show itself) and I am a slow person to make these transitions in any direction.
