lol, my vegetarian daughter was out of the house for the evening, so the rest of us were like HOT DOG PARTY!!!!!!

I'm a registered dietitian, and I know better, but damn, those things are delicious. If it makes you feel more normal, I had a GIANT salad on my plate, and put the hot dog on a white bread bun right next to it.

The pasta and pesto sound so good! What's n avocado pesto? To you cook the zucchini and cucumber or something like that, or are tthey raw? (only if you have the time and feel like saying though!)

And hey - that actually sounds like it would go very well with a hot dog, something a bit more salty or with some other sort of sass/kick to counterpoint all that harmonious stuff? Or not?

The avocado pesto = avocado, lemon, pepper, water, basil, a bit of sugar, and the zucchini and cucumber were raw. The goat cheese was meant to provide the salty, which it did very well, but then... HOT DOGS. \O/
