Crikey, it looked big in the first pic, but I'd never have realised quite how tall it was without seeing the second one! I've heard them mentioned in fics but had been visualising them as some sort of yucca-like plant - which I suppose they are, but on a completely different scale!

They do look kinda like yucca, but THE GODZILLA VERSION. XDD

I am commenting solely to say that my friend Ghost wrote a series where Jo gets turned into an agave plant and Sam is a tumbleweed (and then follows it up with a story where, once they're people-shaped again, it turns out Sam is pregnant with agave!Jo's freaky plant baby). I feel this is information you should have. :D

hehehe. I LOVE agave plants (and yes, I did know how huge they are).
