tired

so tired and hurt so much!!! my back from the base of my spine to my shoulder blades.and my knee is playing up as well. i feel like a total wreck tonight. i'm at work everyone has had their meds (except me) and i can relax a bit but sometimes i wonder what i will do if i can't move when i wake up?

bed feeling sorry for myself one to one with my manager A tomorrow. not looking forward to it!
