or TGIF another stressful day! and sadly the realization that my manager is not the straight forward honest person i thought she was. a bit of back stabbing and a huge let down too. having told me she was considering me for a 6 month secondment for a job i absolutely want, i wonder when she would have found time to tell me i need to apply for it - having cancelled a 1 to 1 and ignored me pretty much for over a week, she also didn't mention the job was being advertised. luckily my ex manager gave me a heads up to go looking and lo, i found it, so now i need to apply!!
i want this job!!!! so we shall see.
came home tonight after visiting my lovely friend who cleans my house! she's off to London tomorrow to see an elderly cousin, so went to hand over some goodies for said person, M is 91 just come home from hospital after breaking her hip, but she is so amazing! hope she will cope at home now!
my Callie - no limping this morning. her usual little self, slow, a bit stiff legged, eating, going round the garden, senile yowling - especially when she can't see me, and snuggles up on the couch. so here comes the weekend! it's late i'm tired and bed is hopefully calling!!!
