College
I got into Emerson College today! And I got basically a full ride.. I'm only going to be paying $4,000 for tuition each year, schwing.
I'm so excited. Even though I got rejected from my top choice, I'm actually glad I did because now I have no hesitation about going to Emerson. I will be saving sooo much money (they are giving me $20,000 a year and a work studies job so i will be making $1,500 a semester!), and I will be living right in Boston, and Emerson has amazing film opportunities... and, they have a campus in Los Angeles!! So in my senior year, I will most likely be spending one or two semesters there and you make really good contacts during internships.
Though now it's really starting to sink in how far away I'm going to be from my friends....
