I've finally made the decision to move out of the house I share with 2 friends, I'm getting a flat by myself. I talked it over with Sammi and my Parents to make sure U had things strait in my head before I told the Girls.
Leigh seemed indifferent (but you never know with her) Nat seemed to be more upset, which was a supprise, Nat is Leighs friend and I used to work with leigh, so really I would have expected that reaction from Leigh. Saying that, Nat and I do have some good evening chats when it's just the too of us and a bottle of wine.
It will be weird for a while, but I know that I will be happier having my own space and not having to book MY TV AND VIDEO!!! Bloody soap's and Reality TV!!!
My Bedroom is the width of a single bed and a doorway, I can touch the sides with my arms out. It's the length of a single bed and just enough room for a computer desk, if I sit on my bed.
I have half a ton of re-enacter kit under the stairs and in a large rucksac. The rest of my stuff is crammed in to holdalls, I literally have to move bags out of my way if I want to get to the door. (And that;s not counting the stiff ant Mam's.
A friend of mine own's a large amount of property in Cardiff, so I'm hoping there will be a flat coming up in my price range. I'm even looking at moving to Barry, I have a few friends there and it's not too bad getting to Cardiff from there.
Sammi has generously said that I can borrow things that I need from her if I need to, (Fridge, Washer/Drier)and my Mam has been saving things for me so I really don't need anything else.
So I have from now till September, though I'd like to be moved by September as I'm going away at the beginning of the month with Sammi.
