Bastone Wedges with Manzanilla Olives and Garlic Aioli
Three Pepper Spicy Mussels with White Wine
Louisiana Red Beans and Rice
Chicken and Andouille Casserole with Ham Hock slivers
Bananas Foster with French Vanilla Ice Cream
Bourbon Iced Tea
Maybe I should have 'theme' dinners more often. Hmm. I really wanted to make Oysters Rockefeller but I couldn't find oysters I liked so I settled for mussels. If it isn't abundantly obvious I know what it means to miss New Orleans. I can't wait to go back.
