A flurry of culinary accomplishments

As most of you know I love to cook. Less of you know that when I cook I prefer to cook for 15+ people, this may have a bit to do with my cultural heritage but also because I am quite the social creature. Every other Tuesday I have a tabletop game with some of my dearest friends for which I take the time to whip up some lovely dishes for them to enjoy. I have decided to post my biweekly menu here so that some of them know what to expect and because it will keep me from cycling things back into the menu too often.

That stated today I whipped up:
Minestrone with Pancetta and homemade Parmesan Croutons
Quiche with Haricot Verts, Onion and Extra Sharp Cheddar
American Breakfast Quiche
Green Bean Casserole
Sour Cream and Brown Sugar Sweet Potatoes
Apple Crisp layered with homemade Cranberry Conserve

Now I start the muffins and cookies. Yay!
