Hello again
It's been awhile since I posted. Probably because I have my hands full. My little one is now over six months old. He's sitting up, eating solids, trying to crawl and not really getting anywhere yet. LOL. He's about twenty pounds now and almost as big as his one year old cousins. I can't believe how much he's grown in such a short amount of time. We're still breastfeeding, and I'm so proud of that. He's still never had formula. It's so expensive!
I'm still not quite used to my new body yet. I have about twenty lbs or so to lose, and though my baby belly is almost gone, I think I still have a bit to go before my body gets back to normal so I can get closer to my old self again.
Jason and I are doing pretty good. We do fight here and there, but for the most we've adjusted to each other. He still works hard, and with my new job, I'm working odd hours but I love it. We bought a house and it feels good to paying a mortgage and not rent. We've acheived something, contributed to our future. My sister in law still lives with us and watches Miles. Her son, Miles's cousin is almost like his brother. Noah likes to hug him and pat him on the head like he's a puppy. It's really endearing. My sister and her daughter live with us now to. It's supposed to be a temporary arrangement, but who knows... I think the majority of my stress is just trying to find a quiet place in my home.
My other sister is having triplets. She's due in January, but her body says it's time now, so she's on hospital bedrest trying to keep her two boys and little girls baking long enough to be born safely.
All in all, so many things have happened and I can't even begin to fill in all the blanks, but it's nice to find time to blog again. Surely I can find time to do it again sooner rather than later. I hope everyone is doing well. Now to catch up on some reading.
