Gems
Inspired by some apartment buildings that I see almost every day, I built these three for my simmies. In my hometown (probably in other places as well) it seems to be popular to build a row of similar apartment buildings and paint them in different (bright) colours.
The buildings are named after gems because Topaz Apartments sounds much more interesting than Brown Apartments, doesn't it?

Each building has 6 apartment units and all the apartments look the same. Rent is §1,625-1,650.
There is no communal area but you can always take your sim to a park or a café, right? :)
