Happy December! [1] One Way Motel
Now that December has begun, my wonderful livejournal friends have actively started sharing their creations. In order not to be someone who just downloads without even commenting on entries to say thanks (I am really bad at commenting and I'm so sorry about that, I promise I'll work on it), I decided I'd upload something every day, too. I am not familiar with creating custom content so I'll be sharing lots. One every day 'til the end of December. This one is for yesterday - I got carried away playing and ended up being too tired to upload it last night.
Anyways, here it is now: One Way Motel.
It's actually an apartment lot with 8 cheap and very small apartments. Rent is § 624-632 per week. The rooms are very basic but livable - my intention was to make it look like a motel so there is no kitchen, for example, but each room has a mini-fridge. I recommend using cheats to rent a fully furnished room because an empty motel room would be just too weird.
Russ Bear the worthless burglar was the lucky chosen one to test this lot.
I bet the landlord was really happy to get such a reliable looking tentant.
Spring came and Russ fell in love ♥ He soon asked Sandy Bruty to move in with him.
Wedding party! Apparently, the girls color-coordinated.
I have to admit that my simmies haven't had such a great party in a long time...
Baby Colleen :) Good thing they didn't have twins :D
If your sim has a baby in this apartment, buy a bigger fridge! No milk bottles in that mini-fridge.
Carmyn Lee got stuck in the "foyer". I will not take responsibility for that - it's not my fault that some simmies are incredibly stupid. This chair is properly placed.
What? Stop looking at me! Stop screaming and waving! This is an apartment lot! I can't move stuff that's outside the apartment. How did you end up in there anyway?
Baby number two on the way. I think it's time for the Bears to find a new home now.
There's nowhere to put this new baby.
I played with Russ and his lovely family for 3 sim weeks and they were very happy in their small home :)
