Poor friendly, helpful Spot!

They won't like being forced into being friends!

He seemed to be blubbering

I like the additional scene with Cally talking about Auron and maybe introducing an idea about Servalan being down on cloning. I wonder why? Perhaps she has / had her own cloning setup.

Cally was stunned, "All those years…I never knew this was here."
Is Cally talking about the Liberator? She hasn't been on this ship for years, has she?

Cally wanted to send a sigh and a a mental roll of her eyes but refrained. *You didn't. *
A superfluous a. :-)

Is Cally talking about the Liberator?

Yes, she's referring to the Liberator. I'll fix that.

I'm glad you liked the new scene. It was a challenge in many ways. It became easier towards the last half of the scene.

One thing I've always found in action-oriented shows was that when they have conversations between women, that is if they ever bother to have them have any at all, is that it seems really boring and just makes you want them to get to something more important. I don't know whether it's because the majority of writers are, or were, men and they just don't portray women very well or have much interest other than in caricatures of ones.

I tried to add interesting points for this conversation by inserting different elements of mystery, discovery and angst.

I like the addition, but poor melancholy Cally. Avon is sometimes wiser than she knows.
