I have this other plot bunny where Stephen shows up at the hospital and he's this old school friend of House and he totally has pictures of House being all young and actually smiling and Wilson never lets him live down how terribly cute he was. Because seriously, have you seen that clip of them doing the Cambridge Footlights? Hugh was so damn adorable.
