On the road again
Tomorrow morning (very early) hubby and I will be throwing the kids in the car and heading for points north. Specifically, points in Ohio, where hubby's family lives. From Texas to Ohio promises to be a long drive. We're carting along the laptop and hoping for internet access along the way, but odds are I'll be dropping off the scene for a couple weeks. When I come back, I will be in the deep grips of slash withdrawal and will be casting about puppy eyes in the hopes of fic recs and thoughtful meta. Maybe a few manips, I'm not picky.
For now, I must brace myself for the inlaws, who tend to make me glad I live 1800 miles away. But I also get to pop up to visit my dad, which is a nice break. Hi ho holiday road trip, away.
