Weekend, yay
So, through an unexpected confluence of events, I got both days off this weekend instead of the dreaded 14 hour shift of death on Saturday. Yay for weekends! Also, I don't think I'll be with the car dealership much longer. The income level is far too unstable and the hours much too long, considering the amount it's costing me in childcare it's just not worth it. Plus, there is telemarketing and much lying to customers to get them in the door and I'd just rather not do that.
Anyway, I cleaned house and did a brain killing whack of homework and then got impossibly hooked on Clay's new single. It's not out yet, but you can hear it on one of his websites. Go listen. Srsly. That man has the most gorgeous voice, even if the song is melodramatic and emo. So much pretty. It's called Without You and yes, the lyrics are about what you're imagining. I think it's a cover of something, but I'm not sure what. But really, so gorgeous. I'm so buying the single, even if singles are silly and it'll probably be on the CD anyway.
