Am still alive
Well, technically, anyway. Sims 2 has eaten my brain. There's this Legacy Challenge thing over on thesims2 and I thought hey, I'll give that a try. And then several hours later I surfaced for air and human contact and found I was hopelessly hooked. Much like livejournal, really. And fandom.
The idea is to make it through ten generations, and I'm on number six now, so in theory I should only be absent from reality for a little while longer. Or that may be wishful thinking, I'm not sure.
In other news, the baby turns two tomorrow. I suppose this means I can no longer call her the baby. What am I then left with? Kidlet and smaller kidlet? Kids one and two? I suppose I could use their actual names, but I'm weird and paranoid about such things on the internet.
Chuck E. Cheese tonight, for the hubby is off to the rifle range tomorrow and will be staying overnight. Then, an explosion of MegaBlocks as the kid (baby? smaller kid?) unwraps her presents. Eighty pieces, it says. Oy.
