21st birthday = Big let down
Today is my 21st birthday. My sisters wished me a happy birthday as soon as it was midnight...my sister kiley even stayed up till the wee hours of the morning to make a cute little animated stick figure bulletin for me on myspace. My brother wished me a happy birthday as soon as he got home. But my parents...NOPE...they left to go to Indianapolis around 11 this morning. I mean i was awake, so they could have squeezed one out right...Nah it didnt happen. Now im waiting for my friends..."FRIENDS" to pick me up for a little birthday dinner....that was two hours ago btw...So yeah this is turning out to be fun as hell...NOT! I am all dressed up, my hair curled and cute and nothing...Dont get me wrong..Im very greatful i even saw my 21st b-day...I just wish it would have happened in a way that matters to me most. Honest and loving. Not forgotten and thrown to the side. But i know my parents who will probably show up at 9 or 10pm tonight and try to make it up to me with a cake or something...yeah i dont like cake unless its homemade. So i'll take a bite and give it to my sisters or something. and that is how i will spend the remainder of my birthday. ( REMEMBER I REALLY AM GREATFUL)
