I would like to thank
thedooz for inviting me up for a wonderful weekend! I had a really good time, as always you are an excellent host.
It was also good to see
teribeth as I hadn't seen you since your wedding I don't think. I'm sorry I didn't get to see more peeps, I told
thedooz to let us know next time there was a party of any sort and Man & I would try to get up there.
But now I'm back at home and back into planning. Man & I are most prolly going to move next month....fun (ug). And we're trying to decide all the big financial stuff before the big day (even more fun) as neither of us are really money people.
Also I think I'm going to have a sit down w/Man's mom next week and talk about the wedding. Maybe if I get her up to day she'll calm down.
Other than that work is work is work. I've got my last summer program today, its yoga so I've got to remember to bring comfy clothes. I'm really not expecting many people but who knows. I didn't expect duct tape wallets to bring them in either. I thought duct tape things were soooo 90's but I was wrong, the kids totally rocked it. I even got 17 yr old boys! As a ya librarian that is unheard of.
I've also been picked to be part of a customer service study for the county.....because with the cuts their new thing is "we are all about customer service" (um ya right). Its got all the big management words like "team building" "excellence" and "focus groups". I'll keep you posted as I'm one of 3 people from my dpt going and I'm prolly the only person there under 40 its sure to be interesting.
