job hunt = the suck

I've also plateaued.  I lost about 5 lbs, and now i'm restructuring.  Not loosing any weight but shape changed.  I'm trying new energy vitamins that are supposed to speed things up.  I also want to try the spinning bikes at the gym but I think I'm too short.  I put the seat down as far as it will go and I can reach the peddles ( Read more... )

Pilates are evil EVIL things.

I'm not sure of the model of bike they have. But I've got super short legs, I'm all torso. I couldn't drive my Uhaul because I couldn't reach the peddles.

I REALLY want to try spinning. I'm moving back to FL in like 2/3 mos and would really like to be able to go to the beach this yr.

I've got my mom squared away and got me as figured out as its going to get at the moment...the reason I left Fl in Nov.

Because of what's going on w/Pat's family we thought it would be best if I came back to Tampa Bay. We're gonna give his dad recovery time, get us up and running and then go from there. I'm applying for jobs in Sarasota, St. Pete, Tampa area. Though I just found a job in Orlando I'm going to apply for.

I gave it a shot. I'm JUUUUSSST tall enough to use it.

My question is how do you know when to shift?

ya thank it does help tons. It also helps that the bikes come with visual programs. It looks like a really poorly done video game graphics of different tracks.

This just turned out to be a touch more complicated than I originally expected. By nature I'm a hard core elliptical girl ;)
