Sci-Fi Lowdown lots of fun, fandom sometimes not so much...

Very entertaining and had some interesting tidbits. I am baffled that some people found it offensive or downright irritating. I guess you can't please everybody but seriously, I tend to think im one of those people who are bothered by almost everything and I was in no way annoyed by any of the actors bcse of the special. And as far as it being effective promotion wise, most behind the scenes specials are just the actors being themselves and saying non-spoilery things. Im sure if they could talk about upcoming plots they would but they aren't allowed. Meh, i don't know with this, the on and off stupidity of some occassional Gateworld posters and obnoxious shipping communities, my squee is starting to wilt. Im thinking I should step back from fandom a bit and maybe stick to advent atlantis and fanfic. I don't want to be in a sour mood before the first episode even airs.

Well that's end of my whining, im off to do actual work today, prepare for a job interview tomorrow and maybe watch Thoughtcrimes if I have time.
