graduation
...at all saints', 8th grade graduation is the most important event to the school each year. on the 24th, it included getting very fancy white dresses for the grils (dress code applies), suits for the guys, and a huge ceremony which we had to practice a lot. but that is just the actual ceremony. that whole day is filled with graduation events. In the morning we had breakfast with our families at the school, then since it was the last day of school for everyone else at the school (we were already out), there was an all-school 8th grade awards chapel, where the valedictorian was presented, the best athletes, and awards for particular classes. then we got a break until we had to be at the church for graduation later. So i went home, had lunch, got the BEST graduation presents EVER and got my makeup done. Then it was time for graduation. after the ceremony, there was 'dinner' and just hanging out till like ten.
then on wenesday, was the big graduation party. we had lunch at vincents during the day, which usually happens during the end of each school year for our class. Then from 7- midnight, was our big graduation party at the stone's house. it was amazing, their house is awesome without all the party stuff, so it was really great. and then there was the dance which was kindof different than the party, but still at the same place. it was so much fun as well, and pretty crazy.
so now im 'offically' in high school. sorry about the long entry, but leave comments
