A-to-Z Reading Challenge, 2012

Dec 29, 2012 21:52

Sometime this summer I stumbled across a Goodreads entry referring to an A-to-Z title challenge for the year. I'd been reading a lot, and I guess I was looking for another project. I'd already met my original 2012 challenge of reading 50 books. (To make it more of a challenge, I had to revise that to disallow short story or essay collections, and to stipulate that I would only count things I'd never read before. I still got up to 56.)

Today I finished the A-to-Z challenge. For 2013, I think I'm going to push myself to read them in alphabetical order, too. I'll read other things, but books only count for the project if they're read in order. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but I know what I mean.

Anyway, here's the list...

2012 A-to-Z:
  1. The Armageddon Rag by George R. R. Martin
  2. Before I Go to Sleep by S.J. Watson
