The internet, my friends, is weird
Have you ever heard of this guy? David Rees? A cartoonist? I mean, he has a wiki entry not, apparently, penned by himself? So someone must have heard of him.
I must confess that I had not. Until now.
However. Apparently he too had such an abysmal 2009 that he decided to do a "Friday Face-Off" - with battling versions of "This Year" by the Mountain Goats. i.e. "I'm gonna make it through this year... if it kills me." It's certainly been my mantra.
My vid won sixth place? I can't decide if this is good or bad.
This pretty much tells me that song choice will carry you far in vid-making, my friends. Also, possibly I've had too much wine. But alcohol cures procrastination, right? And depression. *grins*
