Quick questions for the flist:
1. LJ won't let me stay logged in for more than a few minutes or, worse, let me log in at all. Has anyone else had this problem of typing in your user name and pw and LJ either not logging you in at all (I know this because I type in my user name/pw combo, and nothing changes - I'm still on the log on page and "Log in now" plus blank username and pw fields are still blank) or getting logged in for five minutes and then LJ randomly logging you off? If so, I beg of you to share your knowledge and what you did to alleviate the problem?
2. As of a few weeks ago, I can't see any of the Recaptcha challenges on LJ. All I see are blank boxes; the challenge is absent. I'm using Firefox 3.6.8. with NoScript and Ad Block. Anyone have any suggestions?
It was my birthday this week and also the first anniversary of my mom's passing. My mood has been all over the place, but I survived and now just feel numb.
Thanks to aj for sending me a big box of She-Hulk issues!! Since Jen has been sucked into the Mostly-Loeb-Penned "Fall of the Hulks" and "Super Hulks" story lines, both of which are grim 'n grittay, I' delving into the past and reading SSH for fun. They arrived on my birthday, which made me smile. Thanks, hon! How much do I owe you for shipping?

It's gorgeous, and I've no idea who the artist is. I love they way Elektra and Matt's are intertwined in their constant delicate dance of conflict. V. sexy, if you ask me.
