"I don't mix business with pleasure."

I'm so excited! James Marsters is joining Caprica with a multi-episode arc! I still have yet to watch the pilot but I will definitely be giving this show a chance now.

My ship of the summer is Evya (Evan/Divya) from Royal Pains. [points to icon] I've been pretty much obsessed with them for the last few weeks. The snarky banter, the teamwork, the caring concern, and (this is paraphrased from someone way cooler than me) the blissful ignorance of their growing mutual attraction. It's not an official ship of the show (I only go for the main ships of any show about a third of the time) but the writers seem to be testing the waters. Yay! I'm not ready for them to get together yet anyway. A number of things need to happen first. But the potential makes me burst into a huge grin.

ETA: OMG! I <3 Paulo. and yet... I tweet. Sparingly though.
USA’s 'Royal Pains' Paulo Costanzo steals the show; the interview (Evan)

Are you on Twitter?
P. Costanzo: No, I’m not. I honestly don’t really know what Twitter is to this day. You know what, I don’t. I’m on Facebook. I set up my account a long time ago. I’ve noticed that something changes. I don’t every check it anymore, but I notice when I went on like a month ago that there’s some strange - yes, it’s no longer the same as it used to be. Now I know what people are eating and stuff like that.

That’s kind of what Twitter is.
P. Costanzo: Interesting. What would I? Who? So you’re saying I could just be like, “Eating tuna steak, a little too dry. Nice and sunny out.” That would be a good Twitter?

You would have thousands of followers immediately, yes.
P. Costanzo: What? I don’t understand, but why would anyone want this unless they’re some strange egomaniac?

What if I was like, “I’m going to be at Macy’s on the corner of 24th and 7th in an hour. Meet me there and I’ll say hi.”

Prepare to be mobbed.
P. Costanzo: Do you honestly think that could work? It seems like such a dangerous tool in the wrong hands.
And let’s make drug-dealing really easy though. It’s like, “I’ve got a half-quarter. Who wants it? Here’s my address.”

Hulu rocks! As if I wasn't addicted already, they've now added My So-Called Life which is one of those cult shows I've never got around to until... now! I'm four episodes in and loving it! It doens't surprise me one bit why this launched Claire Danes career. It's awesome and still relevant, plus its got the nostalgia factor too. I was in high school in the '90s; the fashions totally make me flashback to those days. Oh, the baggy clothes and plaid shirts.

I need to finish Dexter S2. Yup, NEED. I've only got three episodes left. I am scared to start it because once I do there's no stopping. I have to see it all! And I need my beauty sleep for work the next day.

I've been fangirling hard-core over Supernatural again. These challenge communities really help to keep the spark alive. I'll be buying the brilliant S4 when it comes on DVD September 1st. Hopefully, I can find a good deal. Can't wait for S5! [squee]
