Resolutions for 2007
I don't really know how effective it is for me state out the resolution for 2007, but it definitely helps to sort out some of the stuff in my mind. Most of the time I ended up not completing most of them since some of my aims change along the way. Well, at least something to kick-start for the year.
2007...
1) Another year for me to save up for my trip to Japan. As much as I want to go to Japan, it's not my priority and I wonder if I bear to part with about $4000 just like that. In the first place, it's impossible for me to raise that much money in a year and I think it's more possible for me to get another doll or more clothes for Kalcifer instead.
2) Lots of stuff that I wished to accomplish for 2007 are BJD-related. Improving my photography, sewing and faceup skill... And then hopefully to introduce Kalcifer to the SG BJD community. Ehehehe, I've yet to introduce Kalcifer to some of you. I might have to prepare to get some security check if I were to bring him up to the MRT station. The bag used to carry him is really HUGE. Hence, one of the resolutions would be to introduce Kalcifer, and that would only be after he gets some clothing fit enough to go out to town.
3) In order to support all those hobbies that leech the hell out of me, I have to prevent myself from being jobless for long period of time during my holidays. Survive and endure these 4 months at the very least. I have to try my best not to breach the contract or compensate the company equivalent to a week's pay. If I were to quit it before the 4 months is up, I have to make sure I get another job asap. I might want to take up a part time job when my holiday is ending.
4) I haven't been doodling on my sketchbook for quite some time. Guess it's something I hope to catch up this year. Then to sketch my own doll clothes pattern. And then I'm back to sewing stuff. I'm tempted to do some sunset colouring.
5) Catch up with all my manga and anime series. :)
6) Move one step closer to my dream One Piece crew. I'm so stucked between getting a Zoro or Sanji first. The mini katanas that I wish to get for Zoro is just as tempting as getting a Sanji's suit made. Ahh!! I should stop talking abt BJD.
7) Hope to meet halla_san. But this is more of a wishlist thingy than a 'resolution'.
8) Choosing university course (that is if I can get in). I hope to have a solid aim soon after I receive the A'lvl result. What I get for my A'lvl should be easier for me to narrow down the course I want to or able to get in. Sheesh, I'm pessimistic about it.
9) Hope to be... err... more sociable?
10) Scare less people with my laughter. I think I should be more conservative around people I just know until I know them for at least a month or more.
That's all I can think of now. I can't seem to think far ahead. But whatever, at least I've a clearer view now.
