In order to recharge and to let myself forget about the Chemistry Paper 3 for a while, I took a really long afternoon nap. In the meantime, I had some weird dream, which I do find a little creepy. I've been having weird/creepy dreams pretty frequently, probably due to exams.
Have you heard of any bird's chirping in your neighbourhood area that's really loud and irritating at times? It seems to have a schedule for it's chirping, in the evening, and in the early morning. Something like "wow. wooooooow. wow. wooooooow."
Anyway, I believe it was the trigger for the weird dream I had, something I realized after I got up from my nap only half an hour later. I dreamt that I am at my grandma's house, and it took place around late evening, when the sky was tinted dark blue. Upon hearing some weird chirping coming out from my room (THAT bloody bird), I got distracted from my television time and decided to check the source.
There stood a gigantic bird, or so from what I can deduce from the silhouette, at the ledge of the window. It took up about 3/4 of the height of the window. Perhaps it noticed my existence in the same space it was occupying, that gargantuan stuff started to get restless after it decided that I was sort of a threat to it. Soon enough, I realized it was no ordinary bird, well, it wasn't ordinary in the first place for such a BIG bird to exist in neighbourhood areas. Right after it stretched out its wings, it dawned upon me that it was not even a bird to begin with. The wings are not that of a bird, but more of a bat. What finally sent a sudden wave of fear to me was its body that resembled that of Smeagol from LOTR, or to put it bluntly, you can get the overall by planting wings into Smeagol. The prominent thing that I could observed from its main body was of course not the grey butt (sadly), but the row of backbones protruding. It was a gargoyle apparently.
The one in my dream was uglier, and more humanoid XP
It should have been Yep who should be worried. It was posing a threat to me more than I am to it. Shocked and terrified, I took cover behind my room's door. I knew I am behind the wooden door totally as I felt my hands resting on it, but yet, I could still see the gargoyle as if there was nothing in front of me, and it seemed that I was visible to it even though there was a complete barrier between us. Meanwhile, it was 'chirping' on and on, fluttering about with as it was feeling equally insecure as me. And this scene just ended here abruptly while I continued to dream something about One Piece. That's another story and is most likely a result from watching it before I went to take my nap. Broggy, the giant, was dead in my dream T_T I can't remember if it was really dead in the anime itself.
Anyway, cool. Gargoyle. So I decided to check out the interpretation of this dream with www.dreammoods.com
Gargoyle: To see a gargoyle in your dream, signifies hidden and embarrassing fears over secretive matters that you have not shared with anyone.
Giant: To see a giant in your dream, signifies of a great struggle between you and your opponents. This may prove to be a major and overwhelming obstacle for you to overcome. Alternatively, a giant may be symbolic of an issue or feeling that is dominating you.
Quite nice eh? The layout.
Hmm.... interesting. As for what I dream a few nights ago... I dreamt that I was buying quite a lot of bread and I was trying to release a girl working as a cashier at the bread shop from what she was possessed by. I remembered pointing a finger on her forehead during our 'fight'. Argh, she looks rather scary.
Bread: To see bread in your dream, represents the basic needs of life. Bread may signify the positive qualities and great things you have learned on your journey of life.
Well, just for fun. But what secretive matters? Maybe lah.
