Random boring milestone update... getting my purchase agreement signed on Friday, then I will be a mortgagee. Yay me!
Its a reasonably good buy, dont think the repayments will be too harsh. Finance looks good but isnt approved yet, so its not a done deal until the 12th. Possession and Drawdown are on the 21st.
