i made my own yogurt yesterday!
I strained the finished product for 4 hours and got this super thick and creamy greek style yogurt with the right amount of tartness.
had it for brekky with some granola and dark organic honey. So good <3

came up with 2 big pitchers, so the other one i set aside to make into
yogurt cream cheese . I made a variation with extra virgin olive oil, cumin, chopped cilantro&chili/garlic oil. Spread on warm crusty bread = wickedly yum.
