i work at Toys R Us, as a seasonal employee... before i worked there, i was well aware of the fact that i would be both underpaid and under appreciated.. its the way life is as a sesaonal employee in a major toy store..
with that said, the next time i DO take a JOB, it probably will not be retail unless i can make comission off of it..
also, if i am ever someone's boss or manager, i would make it a point to reward the excellent work of my employees, especially if i knew the circumstances they are in..
i have learned to be ever more so patient, finding that even in the worst rush, i always have a level head and sense of humor, far from my Sears days where i was angry and bitter..
irrate parents dont even touch me. i am happ for that...
o well, i need to sleep, potentially LONG X-mas eve tomorrow
