I'm so thrilled you liked this one, darling! And the Zod/Kala alliance is growing pretty interesting, isn't it? They're actually pretty fun to plot right now, especially with the history between Zod and the House of El. Especially since it could be anyone's game at the moment.
And you know our Lex. Creepy, creepy, creepy, and totally obsessed with taking down Superman and all that he stands for, but also the one full-blood human in the House of El. Would you expect anything less? ;)
Really felt for Kala here. For her to think that her mother gave her over--heart wrenching. She's taking comfort from Zod!! Letting her guard down!! Not good! Great moment when you reminded her that Zod is her fathers enemy. Really liked that you reminded us about Jason and Giselle. That would be quite a blow to him. Something that he wouldn't easily get over. Will he ever trust women again?!! Great chapter.
OH! I didn't know you were reading! *snugs* Thanks so much, love! I'm glad that you enjoyed this one since it didn't seem to be very popular this time around.
Poor Kala is so in a moment of caught between a Bald Sociopath-and-a-Zod-Place. Which is the lesser of two evils? We'll have to see what happens as time goes on. And hope that Mom and Dad can get it together enough to find her soon.
And Jason is going to have fallout from this, whether he likes it or not. That really is enough to turn a teenage boy's world on its head. And this may not be the last we see of Giselle Davenport.

I totally loved the way things are evolving with Kala and Zod. There are still so many reasons to be wary of him, but man, the sympathy is there.
And Luthor keeping Lois's gun. Damn, that's creepy. O_O *kicks him*
*applauds wildly* :D
