[Ficlet] Hitman Reborn - I Would - 6996

Chrome Dokuro sits in her quarters at the Vongola base. He has just left. Alone again she sits on her bed debating on whether or not any of this is worth it anymore, especially now.
Before it had been fun, something secret, private. Now - well now it was not. However as before, it is not something she wants to give up. A dull ache arises in her chest. At this moment, there is only one person she can rely on.
"Mukuro-sama?"
Yes, my cute Chrome?
She smiles a bit upon hearing his voice. "What should I do?"
That answer is not as simple as you would like it to be.
"I know." she sighes looking down at the floor.
Do you love him?
Tears slowly fall, she makes no effort to stop them.
"I would love to."
END
Authors Notes: When I saw the prompt over at 31_days for today which was "I would love to love you." obviously 1896 immediately popped into my head. Actually this is either the beginning or an omake to something else Im working, I havent decided where in the fict its gonna fit yet. As much as it screams 1896 it ended up being 69 and 96 instead. I thought Chrome having a conv with Mukuro about Hibari made better sense. I wish it was longer in the final vers it might be. This is un-edited, so any mistakes you find, please point them out XD. The entire story will be 6918/1896 I think. Right now its just 69 and 18. Its so much easier to write Chrome's POV then Hibari's @_@. Even though this and the larger work isnt related to One Night in Bangkok I have a feeling theyre gonna overlap a bit XD
