dad installed the speakers he hasn't been using. we used those speakers years back for our computer....around...grade 6? or early highschool years. back then, i thought these were really good speakers--the sound is smoothly crisp...uh,,,,clear--i was scheming on owning them one day motivated to own them without everybody here knowing. i love these speakers. these speakers were replaced by another set of computer speakers so my parents could use them when they watch a movie in their room--and everytime they do, they seem (sound) like they're in a theater. complete with the volume. Ola Atonio Banderas. T___T'' now, since they weren't used for the computer and since the player in their room sounded good and after how many years, he gave it to me.
when i woke up and saw these speakers dumped on my table, i went "ano ba yan, may speakers naman (na nga) ako e. kuntento na ako dun. ano pa gagawin ko dito? dagdag nanaman 'to sa kuryente. *more grumble*" when we tested the speakers, it's still the same quality---and i fell in love with it again. but i'm still worried over our possible electric bill.
we played the songs that i have and i was listening with my mouth open-in-amazement the whole time. we talked about audio related things. hehehe we also tested the discs he has. OH fast JAZZ! *hug* he also made me try this simple looking disc that you have to put on top of the cd you were going to play and, he said, improves the sound quality. it's made from a different kind of plastic. and lo, i was amazed. the quality did improve. the cd's sound details were really heard. (by this time lumulutang at dinadamdam ko lalo yung mga pinapatugtog ko..i have to stop floating else i'll have another sack-load of ideas that i can't afford to do asap. T__T'''''') those Germans! >w<
i can feel the deepness of the bass much more, mas klaro ang hataw sa drums, the subtle violins and faded piano parts and effects that i thought weren't there, i can hear them much clearer now! (@wwwwww@)
i forgot to drool. but i shed a tear.
